oABOUTo

A humanoid doll created over four hundred years ago. The doll, named Hikari is almost indistinguishable from a real human with just a bit of uncanny-ness to him.At some point in time, a god fell in love with the doll, though upon being rejected, attempted to kill the doll's lover and creator. While his lover died, unbeknownst to Hikari, his creator did not. The god then locked the doll away, who was unable to escape for hundreds of years. Upon gaining his freedom, Hikari swore revenge against the god who had ruined his life.With his freedom, Hikari attempts to live a somewhat normal life, though the trauma of being locked up still takes a toll on him. He's often lost in thought, missing his life before it all. Missing his creator, missing his lover, missing his friends. Of course, he tries to move on the best he can, but he can never erase them from his mind.Despite his trauma, he attempts to be as gentle, kind and helpful as he was before, although he also tends to act emotionless, like a true doll in an attempt to keep himself from getting himself and others hurt again by making connections.

- His creator figured out how to live forever specifically to search for Hikari. He's been doing so since the doll was taken.- Hikari tends to spend a lot of time outdoors, with the wildlife. Birds particularly seem to like him.- He has a high pain tolerance due to being a doll. It's possible to make him hurt physically, but it takes a lot more than an average human.- He lives with the group who had freed him from his cage. They're the only people he has a connection to now.- The powers the god had given him are the ability to control water and it's many forms. Although he can't do much with them at the moment.- Despite having no need for it, Hikari likes to sleep.- There are times where he goes into a sort of full 'doll mode' where he goes completely silent, still, and blank.- He's able to cry despite being a doll.- The god is responsible for the cracks on his face.- His hair used to be long, although he cut it once he gained his freedom.- His only hobby as of now is painting.

Face Claim: Asterian (SynthV)ABOUT: An intelligent and caring man who created Hikari due to his own loneliness. Garth spent many years of his life trying to create Hikari and as such grew very attached to his successful creation, seeing the doll as his son. After the doll was taken from him, he spent more years finding a way to stay alive so he could reunite with him. Hikari is certain he's dead, and still mourns his loss, considering him more than just a creator; his father.

Face Claim: Childe (Genshin Impact)ABOUT: An energetic and fun-loving young man who initially appeared in the village as a mere visitor, though ended up staying after falling in love with Hikari. Alexander was gentle and warm, and cared deeply about the doll, to the point of dying in an attempt to protect him. His death had perhaps the greatest affect on Hikari, considering he was Hikari's first and only love and always treated him like he was human too. The doll still grieves for him even now, and often spends time painting him.
